Orders will be processed within 2 working days and we strive to deliver within 10 working days from the date the order is placed. If you have a preferred delivery date or special request, you may indicate it under the “Remarks” column of “Delivery Details” during checkout, and we will try our best to adhere to it.
We will first contact you for notification, then inform you how long you have to wait for the stock to come in, and recommend the next suitable product(if any) for your pet. In the event that you decide to cancel the item in question, cancel the whole order, or if the item you have ordered has been discontinued by the distributor, we will refund your payment accordingly.
Yes, self-collection is available at our clinic during regular business hours. Please select 'Self-collection' when placing your order online, or notifying us when placing your order over the phone. There is no minimum order for self collection.
