Unlike many, Dr Wendy Chee did not have a childhood dream to be a Veterinarian. The opening of different doors led her to pursue this profession and this is where she has remained.
Dr Wendy graduated from Western Australia in 2007 and has been practising in Singapore ever since. After continuing her education overseas, she has thoroughly enjoyed dealing with small mammals, especially focussing on rabbit and rodent medicine and surgery since 2011. Through her journey, Dr Wendy has met many like-minded vets and is inspired by the dedication of many small mammal specialists. Her other interests are dentistry, dermatology and ophthalmology.
Dr Wendy is also a dedicated mother of 3 daughters. Her negligible free time is spent teaching at a local polytechnic, hounding her friends so they don't forget her and some ineffectual DIY home projects.
