How to make a Teleconsultation Appointment
Limitations of Teleconsultations
There are several conditions or situations in veterinary medicine that may not be suitable for teleconsultation and require in-person evaluation and treatment.
Emergency Cases
- Severe trauma, such as car accidents or major injuries.
- Acute respiratory distress.
- Severe bleeding.
- udden collapse or loss of consciousness
Diagnostic Procedures
- X-rays, ultrasounds, or other imaging studies that require specialized equipment.
- Laboratory tests, such as blood work or urine analysis.
- Biopsies or cytology for further evaluation of lumps or masses.
Physical Examinations
- Palpation of internal organs or assessing for specific physical signs.
- Neurological examinations that require hands-on assessment of reflexes and coordination.
- Evaluating skin conditions, wounds, or lumps that need direct examination.
Procedures and Treatments
- Surgeries or surgical consultations.
- Dental procedures, such as cleanings or extractions.

Tele-Consultation FAQ
Once the appointment is confirmed, clients will be required to make payment via PayNow to secure their slot.
Payments must be made to confirm the appointment.
After payment is received, a confirmation email and WhatsApp message will be sent to the client.
A reminder will be sent two days before the scheduled teleconsultation appointment. A reminder will be sent 1hr prior to appointment slot for same day bookings.
Fees are non-refundable if a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Teleconsultations will be conducted via Zoom or WhatsApp video chat.
If medications are prescribed during the teleconsultation, we will email you the invoice for approval.
They will be deliverered to the client with a delivery fee of $10 when approved.
If it is recommended during the teleconsultation that your pet needs to be seen in person at the clinic, the payment made for the teleconsultation can be used within 7 days of the inital teleconsultation.
