My Order

You will receive an auto-response upon ordering, showing that our system has captured your information and we’re working on your order.

Orders will be processed within 2 working days and delivery may take up to 10 working days from the date the order is placed.

We will first contact you for notification, then inform you how long you have to wait for the stock to come in, and recommend the next suitable product(if any) for your pet. In the event that you decide to cancel the item in question, cancel the whole order, or if the item you have ordered has been discontinued by the distributor, we will refund your payment accordingly.

Vet Central is an accredited veterinary clinic and adheres to the Guidance Document on the Provision of Veterinary E-Dispensary Services written by AVS.

As such, a valid prescription letter must be presented when purchasing medication(s) that requires prescription.

Prescription Requirements:

  • For Delivery: The prescribing veterinary clinic must email a soft copy of the prescription directly to Vet Central at contact@vetcentral.com.sg. We are unable to accept prescriptions sent by the client.
  • For Self-Collection: You must present the original hard copy of the prescription at Vet Central when picking up the medication. A soft copy will be requested in advance for verification.

Prescription Verification:

  • For Delivery: Vet Central will verify the prescription through the soft copy emailed directly by the prescribing veterinary clinic.
  • For Self-Collection: Verification will occur based on the soft copy received. The original hard copy must be presented in person if the soft copy is not sent by the prescribing clinic.

Refund Policy:

  • If you fail to meet the prescription requirements or a refund is required, the order will be subjected to a partial refund. This is due to a 5% non-refundable processing fee.

Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth order and collection process. Feel free to contact us before making any orders when in doubt.

To ensure optimal storage conditions, this product is only available for delivery or self pick-up at the supplier warehouse.

For delivery:

  • Tuesday to Fridays, from 5:00pm to 8:30pm. Excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • An SMS will be sent to the registered phone number on the day of delivery as a reminder.
  • At least one working day is required from the day the order is processed. Same-day delivery is not available.
  • A surcharge will apply if there is a change in the delivery address after the order has been processed, or if you are unavailable to receive the item at the scheduled time and a redelivery is necessary.

For self pick-up:

  • Weekdays from 10:00am to 5:00pm, Saturdays from 10:00am to 12:00pm. Excluding public holidays.
  • Warehouse address: 4 Defu South Street 1, #03-15, Defu Industrial City, Singapore 533756.
  • At least one working day is required from the day the order is processed. Same-day collection is not available.
  • You may ring the bell by the roller shutters upon arrival and the supplier will attend to you.
  • You will then be asked to quote order number and your name upon collection.

Delivery Service

For greater convenience to our customers, we deliver to most residential areas across Singapore.

At the moment we do not offer delivery to:

  • Orchard (CBD Area)
  • Shenton Way (CBD Area)
  • Sentosa Island

We offer free island-wide delivery for orders above $180. For orders below $180, there will be a $9 delivery charge.

Yes, self-collection is available at our clinic during regular business hours. Please select 'Self-collection' and the branch when placing your order online, or notifying us when placing your order over the phone. There is no minimum order for self collection.  

No, the prices are inclusive of GST.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are considered final and we are unable to provide refunds for mistakenly placed orders. We recommend customers to carefully review their selections before making a purchase.

The following Exchange Policy describes the conditions with which an exchange or return may be made:

  • We will exchange or refund items due to manufacturer's defect only.
  • The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase with its original packing and condition (unused and unsoiled).
  • Items must be brought to the physical clinic for refund or exchange.
  • We will require the original tax invoice as proof of purchase from www.vetcentral.com.sg
  • Refunds are subjected to 5% administrative charge of the total purchase price.
