Order Policy

General Information 

This is the Order Policy for Vet Central Pte. Ltd. (UEN:201509984E) (“Vet Central” or “we”). It forms part of the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) for using the website https://vetcentral.com.sg (the “Website”) which is operated by Vet Central. 

References to “you” refer to the person who purchases Products (as defined below).

Order Delivery

The Website contains information on how to place an order with us for the purchase of products on the Website (the “Products”). All orders for Products placed by you via the Website are subject to the latest version of these Terms at the time of your purchase.

The images of Products shown on the Website are for illustrative purposes and general guidance only. The actual Products may vary. It is your responsibility to clarify with us if you have any questions on the Products before purchasing the Products.

Orders are only accepted by us when you receive an email notification confirming that your order has been placed with us 

We may refuse to accept an order:

      a) where Products are no longer available

      b) where we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or suspect                fraud

      c) if there has been a pricing or product description error

      d) if the Delivery Address (as defined below) is located in a country that is not            within our list of shipping countries

      e) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in the Terms.

Please note that delivery may take up to 10 working days.

We will only process orders for Products after we receive payment for the Products.

As part of the order process, you will be required to provide an address for the delivery of the Products which, upon our agreement, shall be designated as the delivery address for the Products (the “Delivery Address”).

You shall bear and pay to us all delivery, re-delivery, forwarding, shipment, re-shipment and administrative costs, tax duties, storage and disposal charges for any Product(s), including where any initial delivery to the Delivery Address is unsuccessful for any reason.

We will arrange an initial delivery of the Products to the Delivery Address. If nobody is present at the Delivery Address to receive the Products, we will be entitled to levy additional charges on the Purchaser for re-delivery of the Products. 

The risk of loss and damage of Products passes to you on the date when the Products are delivered or on the date of the initial attempted delivery.

Any shipment or delivery dates provided by us [or any courier provider] are only an estimate and do not form part of the Terms or any contract with you. 

We shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, expenses or charges incurred if there is a delay or failure to meet any shipment or delivery dates or if any Products are not delivered to the Delivery Address following our conveyance of the Products to a courier provider.

Product Descriptions

While we try to be as accurate as possible in our descriptions of the Products, we do not warrant that such descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If any Product which we offer is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.


All Product prices are in Singapore dollars and include all taxes (where applicable) at the current rates but do not include delivery or other charges.

We review prices regularly and these can change at any time without prior notice. While we try to ensure that all prices on the Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of Products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel and have already paid for the Products, we will fully refund the monies you have paid to us.


We take payment immediately and all Products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply a Product which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

We may check the names, addresses and other information (including card information) which you supply during the order process against commercially available records, in order to detect fraud or misuse. We may also engage a third party to perform these checks. By placing an order on the Website, you consent to such checks being made. 

Payments must be made in Singapore dollars and we do not accept foreign currencies.

No Refund Policy

All sales are considered final and we are unable to provide refunds for mistakenly placed orders. We recommend customers to carefully review their selections before making a purchase.

You may exchange any defective products within 7 Singapore business days from the date on which your purchase is made (the “Purchase Date”). Any refunds will be subject to an administrative fee of 5% of the product’s price as at the Purchase Date. 

Changes to Order Policy 

We may make changes to this Order Policy at any time without prior notice. Such changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the Website. Please check this Order Policy whenever you access or use the Website to ensure you are viewing the latest version.

Your continued use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of the amended Order Policy.
